2020, the CCPC issued its preliminary findings from its
investigation into alleged anti-competitive practices in the
private motor insurance market by various parties, including the
IBA, during the period 2015-2016. At that time, Brokers Ireland
advised members that we would be responding formally to the CCPC
and addressing and rebutting its claims in detail, in conjunction
